Delivery Policy

Island gifts, delivered within the Maldives.

Malé, Hulhumalé & Villimalé

We offer free delivery to Malé, Hulhumalé and Villimalé.

Delivery timing may vary depending on order time, location and availability. We will contact you if any additional coordination is required.

Pickup

Pickup is free and can be arranged after placing your order.

Please call or WhatsApp +960 7642626 to confirm the pickup location and collection time before travelling.

Resorts & Other Islands

Resort handover is free when you arrange the transfer and provide clear speedboat or supply dhoni instructions, jetty, schedule and handover contact.

After placing your order, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with the transfer details.

If Coconut & Craft must arrange speedboat, cargo, courier or other third-party transport, the additional cost is paid by the customer. We will confirm the arrangement and charge before payment and dispatch.

Delivery Responsibility

Please make sure the contact number and delivery information provided with your order are correct. Coconut & Craft will coordinate the delivery based on the details provided by the customer.
